In this section, you’ll find all the conversations you’ve had with other carpoolers.

The Carpool Community is built on mutual trust, cooperation, and respectful behavior. Please maintain a polite and helpful tone, both in chat conversations and during shared trips.
If for any reason you no longer wish to interact with a carpooler, you can use the Block option. Blocking a carpooler means:

  • you will no longer be able to exchange messages,
  • you will no longer appear in each other’s route matches.

This feature is designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

If a carpooler behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully, you can report them using the Report button from the dropdown menu. The reported carpooler will not be notified and will not know who submitted the report.
Our team will review your report with the utmost care.
Conversations are stored for a maximum of 3 months, after which they are automatically deleted to protect your privacy.
