Carpooler Search

This screen shows you the details of the selected route, along with a list of people who travel similar paths. Here you’ll find all the useful information to understand how the matching system works and how to start a conversation.

The list you see includes Carpool Community users who travel routes similar to yours. Matching happens automatically based on the routes you’ve saved in your profile.>
You can reach out to any of the suggested carpoolers. Open their profile and tap Contact carpooler to start your message.
You’ll be shown a pre-filled message that you can edit and personalize as you like.
A good way to start is by introducing yourself: write a few lines about who you are, your usual commute, and when you’re available. A short intro helps the other carpooler quickly understand if you’re a good match.
Routes are considered in both directions: home → work and work → home. It’s up to you and the other carpoolers to coordinate suitable times and meeting points.
Other carpoolers will never see your exact starting or ending point. Only part of your route is shown—just enough to assess compatibility without compromising your privacy.
If no compatible carpoolers appear at the moment, try this:

  • Use the Search by name function to look for coworkers or friends already in the Mission;
  • Make sure the addresses saved in your Personal Locations are correct and up to date.

The list of carpoolers is updated every time new users join the Community, so check back again soon!
